About the Company


	FINA 5 LTD. started its activity in the summer of 1990. Initially, the company dealt primarily with building repair and reconstruction activities. During this period, the professionals of FINA 5 have renewed and reconstructed a lot of apartments, offices, shops, banking and auto halls. Over 10 embassies in Sofia, among them the Embassy of Germany, USA, France, Switzerland, Finland, Egypt and Japan are clients of FINA 5. Gradually, since 1995, the company has started to deal with entrepreneurship. The design and construction of new residential and office buildings and their realization has become a priority and main activity of the company.
	So far, FINA 5 LTD. has built approximately 40 000 sq.m of apartments, offices, shops and garages. But the company policy has always been orientated not to the numbers of residential buildings and large areas but to the quality, investment security, and professionalism in the performance of the obligations and responsibilities undertaken to our clients. We belive, that the greatest capital accrued during these years and the fundament of our future development is the trust of people, which FINA 5 has gained.
